MHAI aims to promote the mental well-being by providing Awareness, Support skills, Training, Nature Therapy, Counselling and Support services. They envision to create an ecosystem of services to empower oneself to stay mentally healthy. Fighting mental health stigma is an integral component of our work ethic.
Skills you will be learning
1. Learn how to create videos on mental health related topics.
2. Learn up close what it takes to create videos.
3. Learn how to curate information based on the length of each video.
Requirements for applying
1. A high level of self-motivation, commitment and dedication.
2. A keen eye for detail and a critical mind.
3. Creativity and Passionate interest in video editing.
4. Knowledge of basic video editing tools and software.
Sample project to submit
Create a short 20 second video of yourself on '5 Tips to Combat Stress'.
